A garden house for style and substance

The Orello 1 was created for people who value design, quality and practicality. Its 70 mm solid-wood structure provides a robust, durable base, while the glazed frontage fills the interior with daylight. Wood and glass work together to create a room that feels open, warm and bright.

The architecture remains deliberately understated and elegant, with crisp lines, generous proportions and carefully crafted details. This makes the garden house equally at home in a contemporary Maltese garden or a more traditional outdoor setting.

Solid wood at its finest

Made from quality Nordic spruce, Orello 1 offers natural beauty, stability and sustainability. As a building material, wood helps create a balanced indoor atmosphere and a reassuring sense of comfort. It is also easy to maintain, durable and weather-resistant—well suited to Malta’s sunny, dry summers and milder, wetter winters.

The 70 mm wall thickness offers excellent insulation and dependable protection from temperature changes. It helps keep the interior more comfortable in summer and pleasantly warm in winter—ideal if you plan to enjoy your garden house throughout the year.

Panoramic folding doors – light, space and openness

The defining feature of Orello 1 is its large panoramic folding doors. They open wide to connect the interior with the garden in a way few garden houses can offer. Daylight pours into the room, nature becomes part of the experience, and the space remains bright and welcoming even on rainy days.

The door systems combine safety glass with robust frames for smooth operation, weather resistance and long service life. Together, these details create a striking focal point and add real enjoyment to your outdoor living space.

Versatile use – from garden lounge to studio

The Orello 1 offers around 20 m² of usable space with many possibilities. It can serve as a quiet home-office garden house , a welcoming guest room, an art studio or an open-feeling garden lounge. Its broad glazed fronts create an inspiring setting for creative work, relaxation or sociable evenings with friends.

The garden house is also well suited to fitness, yoga or private downtime. Its modular construction allows flexible furnishing, from pared-back simplicity to a comfortable, homely atmosphere.

This specification reflects the familiar Bloomcabin quality: durable, attractive and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Every component is accurately made to support straightforward assembly and a long working life.

Planning and choosing a location

A carefully chosen position helps the garden house look its best. Select a level, accessible site with good natural light. A south- or west-facing panoramic frontage is especially appealing in Malta, offering afternoon and evening sun while allowing you to plan suitable shading.

A sound foundation, such as a concrete slab or pad foundations, is recommended. It provides stability and protects the timber from ground moisture. A gravel or paved strip around the building reduces splashback and helps keep the foundation dry.

Straightforward assembly with a precise system

Like every Bloomcabin garden house, Orello 1 arrives as an assembly-friendly kit. Its precisely fitting components can be put together step by step, quickly and securely, without specialist tools. Clear, well-structured instructions help less experienced DIY customers complete the project with confidence.

For installation, please enquire about availability, location, price and timing. This lets you focus on furnishing and styling your new favourite place while confirming the right support for your project.

Easy-care, weather-resistant and durable

The Orello 1 is designed to cope comfortably with Malta’s climate. The solid timber is pre-treated and may be finished with additional protective coatings if desired. Regular care keeps surfaces fresh and helps you enjoy your garden house for many years.

• Renew stain or oil every 2–3 years
• Roof overhangs and gutters protect against moisture
• Clean folding doors regularly and oil them lightly
• Gravel or paving around the house helps prevent damp

With minimal maintenance, the garden house stays attractive for years, and Bloomcabin quality remains visible in the condition of its timber, glass and fittings.

Sustainable architecture for modern gardens

Sustainability is central to Bloomcabin. Orello 1 is made from timber sourced from certified forestry, produced with modern technology and ecological standards in mind. It is a long-lasting garden house for a future-minded lifestyle—considered, high-quality and made with attention to detail.

Anyone in Malta looking to buy a modern garden house that combines practical use with visual appeal will find an excellent solution in Orello 1. It brings together craftsmanship, design and nature in one distinctive garden house made to be enjoyed for generations.
