Natural, contemporary and adaptable
Construction uses 44 mm-thick Nordic spruce, so Modano feels sturdy and warm while retaining timber's welcoming natural character.
Precisely fitted tongue-and-groove connections keep the shell stable and wind-tight. Beneath it, pressure impregnation gives the base frame lasting protection against moisture.
Wide glass sliding doors give an uninterrupted outlook towards the garden, connecting outdoor greenery with the room. Daylight strengthens that open relationship and makes time indoors feel closer to nature.
Form serving function
The roof's flat outline emphasises the minimal design, with shelter provided by a roof surface up to 10.23 m² in area.
High-grade 18.5 × 90 mm roof and floor boards keep the structure robust, durable and weather-resistant.
Both its eaves and ridge stand 2.39 m high , creating comfortable standing clearance and an expansive interior suited to working, leisure or relaxation.
