Modano – A Nordic spruce garden house with configurable glazing
A Modano garden house turns Nordic joinery and a daylight-led modern plan into a practical room beside the garden.
Broad glazed surfaces, understated lines and solid spruce create a calm setting for lounging, artwork or working from home.
Across the collection, it comes in sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², giving you options for tighter plots and more spacious settings.
Configure the façade with a greater proportion of glazing for a brighter interior, or select more enclosed wall sections to increase privacy and suit how you plan to use the room.
Timber character with flexible planning
The walls use 44 mm solid Nordic spruce, combining structural solidity with the comfortable warmth of natural wood.
Precisely milled tongue-and-groove joints reinforce the shell and limit draughts. Below, a pressure-treated substructure provides durable protection from moisture.
Wide glass doors on sliding tracks draw the view outward and let the room connect easily with the surrounding garden while admitting generous natural light.
A compact roofline, thoughtfully detailed
The flat roof keeps the profile simple. Depending on the chosen version, its maximum roof area is 10.23 m² . It provides overhead protection while preserving the pared-back form.
Durable roof and floor boards (18.5 × 90 mm) add rigidity above and underfoot, contributing to a long-lasting shell designed for outdoor exposure.
Both the side-wall height and ridge height are 2.39 m , allowing comfortable standing space and an airy interior for projects, hobbies or restful time.
A well-prepared kit for home assembly
Each Modano is supplied as a factory-prepared component kit with comprehensive instructions to guide assembly from start to finish.
The compact and larger versions follow the same premium quality standard, so the choice can focus on space and layout.
