Modano – a Nordic garden room with glazing you can configure
A Modano garden house adds a calm, daylight-oriented room to the backyard, drawing on Nordic woodworking.
An uncluttered outline, broad glass panels and carefully finished solid spruce create an airy setting for relaxing, creative projects or working from home.
Offered in sizes spanning 6.73 to 10.23 m², Modano supports several approaches to planning a backyard room.
Configure it with a greater proportion of glass when daylight is the priority, or select additional closed wall sections when you want more privacy.
Solid spruce, arranged your way
The walls are made from 44 mm Nordic spruce, bringing strength, warmth and natural timber character to the room.
Accurate tongue-and-groove joinery forms a stable, wind-tight shell, while the pressure-treated substructure gives the wood lasting protection from moisture.
The glass sliding doors frame views of the garden and help the inside feel connected to the space beyond.
Low-profile design with useful headroom
A flat roof keeps the silhouette understated and has a maximum roof area of 10.23 m² to shelter the structure beneath.
The roof and floor boards (18.5 × 90 mm) contribute strength, weather resistance and long service life.
Both the sidewall and ridge are 2.39 m high , creating comfortable headroom for work, hobbies or a quiet break.
Prepared parts with step-by-step guidance
Each Modano is supplied as a precision-prefabricated kit , accompanied by detailed instructions for self-assembly.
Materials and construction quality remain consistent throughout the range, whether you choose a compact or larger version.
