Modano – A Nordic Spruce Garden House with Configurable Glazing
Give the Modano garden house a defined purpose in your yard: a bright retreat shaped by natural spruce and generous glazing.
Its simple geometry and solid-spruce build frame an airy room for focused work, creative projects or quiet downtime, with the garden still in view.
The range includes sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², allowing the footprint to be matched to the room available on your property.
For the enclosure, specify more glazing for a brighter, more open feel, or select a higher proportion of solid wall when greater privacy matters.
Natural timber, adaptable layout
The walls use 44 mm Nordic spruce, creating a robust shell with the welcoming grain and colour of real timber.
Closely machined tongue-and-groove joints support a snug, wind-resistant assembly. Below, a pressure-treated substructure helps shield the wood from persistent damp.
Broad sliding glass doors draw the garden into view and make the interior feel open to its surroundings.
An understated roofline with comfortable headroom
Its flat roof keeps the outline understated and has a maximum roof area of 10.23 m² across the range.
Together, the roof and floor boards (18.5 × 90 mm) support a durable structure made for changing outdoor weather.
Both the side wall and the ridge rise to 2.39 m , providing comfortable headroom for a workspace, hobby room or place to relax.
Prefabricated parts and a clear assembly sequence
Modano arrives as a precision-prefabricated kit , accompanied by detailed directions for organized self-assembly.
Materials and build quality remain consistent throughout the range, from its smallest footprint to its largest.
