Modano – Nordic Timber Garden House with Flexible Glazing
Designed for contemporary outdoor living, Modano combines Nordic joinery with generous daylight and a calm, architectural look.
Its broad glazed sections, solid spruce and restrained geometry create a welcoming room for relaxing, making art or working from home.
Across seven sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², there is room to match the footprint to many different garden settings.
You may favour an arrangement with extra glazing to draw in more daylight, or choose additional enclosed wall sections when privacy is the priority. This lets you tune the enclosure to your intended use.
Solid spruce, planned your way
The building is formed from 44 mm solid Nordic spruce, bringing natural warmth and a reassuringly substantial feel.
Precisely formed tongue-and-groove connections help create a stable, wind-tight fit, while the pressure-treated supporting frame helps shield the timber from persistent moisture.
The sliding glazed doors frame views outside and make the room feel closely linked to the garden.
Simple lines, practical shelter
A low, flat roof gives the building its clean silhouette; across the range, its roof area is up to 10.23 m² , providing effective overhead protection.
Durable 18.5 × 90 mm boards for the roof and floor support a sturdy, weather-resistant construction intended for long service.
Both measurements are 2.39 m at the side wall and ridge , giving ample headroom and an uncluttered setting for projects, downtime or concentrated work.
Prefabricated for clear assembly
Modano arrives as a precision-made component kit with step-by-step instructions that keep self-assembly straightforward.
Every size uses the same premium construction standard, whether you select a smaller footprint or a roomier version.
