Modano — contemporary Nordic garden house with a configurable glass front
A Modano garden house adds a crisp, daylight-rich room to the backyard, shaped by Nordic woodworking.
Broad glazing, simple lines and solid spruce form a welcoming interior for a backyard lounge, creative studio or work-from-home room.
The range includes sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², providing choices for different garden layouts.
Select a glazing-forward layout when daylight is the priority, or additional solid wall panels when you prefer greater privacy. The result can be tailored to the way you expect to use the room.
Warm materials, flexible planning
The structure uses 44 mm solid Nordic spruce, giving the building a substantial feel along with the warmth and grain of natural timber.
Closely machined tongue-and-groove joints help the shell stay firm in windy conditions. Pressure treatment on the substructure offers ongoing protection from moisture.
Wide glass sliding doors keep the view open to the yard and visually connect the room with its surroundings, bringing daylight deep into the interior.
A restrained profile, practical details
The flat roof reinforces the spare, modern form. Its roof area is up to 10.23 m² , providing shelter for the structure below.
Sturdy 18.5 × 90 mm boards used for the roof and floor contribute to a durable, weather-resistant build.
Both the side wall and ridge are 2.39 m high , creating generous headroom for focused work, hobbies or an unhurried break.
Planned for self-assembly
Your Modano is supplied as a carefully prefabricated building kit , accompanied by detailed instructions for assembly.
Materials and build quality remain consistent across the compact and larger versions, so choosing a different size does not mean stepping down in finish.
