Modano — Nordic Spruce Garden Room with a Configurable Glazed Front
A Modano garden building brings Nordic timber craft into a bright, contemporary backyard setting.
Its straightforward profile, generous glazing and carefully finished solid spruce shape an airy room for a lounge, creative workspace or home office.
Across the family, there are 7 sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², offering a useful choice of scale for different outdoor spaces and plans.
Configure the front with a greater share of glazing to invite in more daylight, or specify additional closed wall sections when a more private interior matters. This choice lets the front suit the room’s purpose.
Solid timber, arranged your way
The wall system is made with 44 mm solid Nordic spruce, giving the interior the warmth and character of real wood within a substantial structure.
Close-fitting tongue-and-groove joints are designed to resist drafts and keep the shell steady; below, the pressure-treated substructure helps shield the timber from moisture.
Broad glass sliding doors pull the garden into view and make movement between the room and yard feel direct.
Simple geometry, considered construction
A flat roof gives Modano its low, modern outline. Across the range, the roof surface reaches up to 10.23 m² , providing shelter over the structure.
For the roof deck and walking surface, the kit uses 18.5 × 90 mm roof and floor boards ; these components add strength, durability and weather resistance.
Both the side wall and ridge measure 2.39 m in height , giving occupants comfortable clearance for work, leisure or a creative setup.
Prepared components, clear assembly route
Modano is supplied as a factory-prepared, precision-cut kit ; detailed instructions take the builder through the self-assembly process.
Every version follows the same premium material and build standard, whether smaller or larger.
