Kombi Outswing Side-Hinged Window

Bloomcabin 1 Fixed Section with 1 Horizontal and 1 Vertical Muntin, 1 Sash with 1 Horizontal and 1 Vertical Muntin. In this Kombi arrangement, a sash that swings to the exterior sits beside a non-opening section. Both carry the same cross-shaped division, producing a crisp and orderly façade detail.

What sets this Bloomcabin arrangement apart?

1. Matching cross-grid geometry

Each section is marked by 1 horizontal muntin and 1 vertical muntin. Mirroring that grid across the fixed glass and sash gives the glazed areas a calm, clearly bounded appearance.

2. Fixed and operable sections

The fixed portion anchors the composition. Next to it, the side-hinged sash swings outward, adding a usable opening without upsetting the balanced grid.

3. Comfort and energy performance

Energy efficiency is part of the construction, alongside the goal of maintaining a comfortable interior.

This arrangement works where a fixed light and usable sash need to look deliberately related. Because the same cross-grid runs through each side, the façade gains clear horizontal and vertical structure. The repeated divisions add symmetry and visual calm, while the combination of fixed and opening sections provides a classically influenced architectural accent.
