Window with Two Inward-Opening Sashes

Bloomcabin 1 fixed centre section, 2 sashes without glazing bars. A stationary glazed panel anchors the middle, with an inward-opening sash on each side. This bar-free composition presents the window as three clearly ordered sections with a restrained finish.

What sets this Bloomcabin layout apart?

1. Stationary glazing at the centre

The middle panel does not open. Leaving it free of glazing bars gives the central glass a simple appearance that fits neatly into the wider arrangement.

2. Inward-opening sashes on both sides

An operable sash flanks each side of the stationary middle panel, and both open into the room. The result combines one fixed area with two movable elements in an orderly format.

3. Efficiency through changing seasons

This configuration aims for high energy efficiency, helping the room remain comfortable as temperatures shift from season to season.

Consider this arrangement when operable glazing is needed on both sides of a stationary centre panel. Omitting glazing bars keeps the view composed and emphasizes the order of the three sections. With 1 fixed centre panel and 2 bar-free sashes, the proportions can be planned around the architecture and intended façade character while retaining a symmetrical appearance.
