Window with Two Inward-Opening Sashes

Bloomcabin This composition sets 1 stationary glazed area beside 2 opening sashes. The fixed area carries 2 upright decorative bars, while each inward-moving sash has 2 horizontal decorative bars, establishing contrasting rhythms across the façade.

Why consider this Bloomcabin arrangement?

1. Vertical order in the stationary glazing

The 2 upright decorative bars create 3 visual areas within the non-opening section. That vertical cadence adds definition and visual depth to this part of the window.

2. Opening sashes with a contrasting rhythm

Each of the 2 sashes swings into the room and carries 2 horizontal decorative bars. Their side-to-side lines provide a deliberate counterpoint to the upright pattern beside them.

3. Efficiency with architectural detail

The specification brings detailed glazing design together with an energy-efficient focus intended to encourage a comfortable interior.

Use this option where 1 stationary section and 2 operable sashes need a crisp, legible structure. Upright lines in the fixed glazing and horizontal lines on the sashes make the grid architectural rather than uniform. Its proportions can be judged alongside the building form and intended exterior expression. The 2 sashes swing inward.
