Governance Policy

Quality Policy

Bloomcabin’s approach to quality is intended to foster durable working relationships with customers and to keep the standard of its premium products consistent over time.

The policy rests on the following commitments:

  • Responding to customer wishes and requirements with product quality that remains competitive;
  • Putting forward-looking production technologies into practice;
  • Making quality-control methods better through continual review;
  • Expanding business activity while protecting its ability to succeed over the long term.

Both in-house auditors and outside organisations regularly examine the quality management arrangements against the policy’s aims and wider business objectives. This oversight helps the arrangements remain at the level established by management and consistent with international standards.

Company controls make every production stage fully traceable. The trail starts when the beams arrive, covers loading, removal and fitting of the completed product, and continues into warranty support.

Energy Management Policy

As an area of growing significance, energy management receives specific attention from Bloomcabin. Introduced in 2017, the company’s system meets LVS EN ISO 50001:2012 and reflects its commitment to using and consuming energy more efficiently.

Under this policy, Bloomcabin undertakes to:

  • Observe relevant statutory obligations and other outside requirements applying to organisations’ consumption, use and efficient management of energy;
  • Build upon and steadily raise the efficiency achieved in energy use;
  • Explain the system’s importance across the organisation, while encouraging measures that strengthen staff training, knowledge and competence;
  • Establish objectives and measurable target values for energy, while making sufficient resources and supporting information available to deliver them;
  • Keep energy-performance indicators suited to organisational requirements, then measure outcomes at regular intervals and report what those measurements show;
  • Favour products and services that use energy efficiently, with the project planning required to raise energy performance;
  • Take account of improvements over a long horizon, using periodic evaluations of the management system to drive continued gains in the organisation’s energy performance;
  • Set focused energy objectives and follow how successfully each one is achieved.
