Modano – Nordic-style garden house with flexible front glazing
A Modano garden house adds bright contemporary design and Nordic craft tradition to the garden.
Clean lines and generous glazing shape carefully worked solid spruce into an elegant, light-filled room for a garden lounge, studio or home office.
Available in seven sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², the range can be configured for gardens of many kinds.
Its appearance can favour a greater expanse of glazing to maximise brightness indoors; alternatively, choose more solid walling when added privacy matters, letting the finish reflect your taste.
Contemporary, natural and versatile
Made from 44 mm Nordic spruce, Modano delivers strength, warmth and a welcoming natural atmosphere.
Precisely formed tongue-and-groove joints strengthen the draught-resistant shell, while pressure-treated foundation timbers give the wood lasting protection from moisture.
The glazed sliding doors frame long garden views and visually connect the bright interior with the greenery outside.
Design that works beautifully
The low, flat roof sharpens the modern outline and minimalist character; its surface extends to 10.23 m² to shelter the structure effectively.
Robust 18.5 × 90 mm boards fitted to the roof and floor help the building stay firm, durable and resistant to weather.
With a matching ridge and side-wall height of 2.39 m , the room provides comfortable standing space and a generous feel for work, leisure or relaxation.
Straightforward assembly – lasting enjoyment
Your Modano arrives as an exactly machined construction kit , with detailed guidance that makes assembly easy.
Compact and larger versions share the same high standard, making the building an enduring addition offering comfort and considered design.
