Warranty

Bloomcabin uses routine industrial checks to uphold its product standards. This manufacturer’s commercial warranty starts when the goods arrive and the delivery papers are signed. Subject to these terms, Bloomcabin may repair or replace affected parts, fittings or components, or correct faults in design, operation, hardware, painted or coated finishes, and bent wooden pieces. Cover requires observance of the maker’s directions for carriage, storage and use. This promise sits apart from any statutory consumer remedy applicable to the sale. Conditions and exceptions appear below.
Commercial warranty terms
Length of cover
- The aluminium alloy carries 12 years of cover.
- Paint or powder coating is covered for 10 years if peeling, colour change or gloss loss occurs. A degree of fading in sheen is expected; the maker defines the permitted tolerance.
- Cover for rubber strips, including elasticity, lasts 5 years.
- Glass faults caused during manufacture are covered for 7 years.
- PVC parts receive 5 years of cover for UV resistance.
Requirements for eligibility
Validity begins when either the delivery record is signed or the consignment arrives, continuing for the relevant duration above. For covered poor structural operation, fitting failure or deficient paint/powder-coating quality, Bloomcabin supplies replacement parts or fittings. Eligibility depends on meeting every requirement below for carriage, storage and operation.
Carriage and delivery
- For carriage and safekeeping, position each greenhouse vertically at an inclination of 85-90 degrees.
- Shield each unit from the elements, standing it on flat ground within clean, dry premises.
- Only a vehicle with a fully enclosed load compartment may be used for delivery.
- Once unwrapped for storage, the greenhouse must rest above floor level, either on a pallet or suitable rack.
- Units must never be stacked against one another or leaned together for support.
- When the consignment arrives, compare each greenhouse with the order and inspect it for damage. Any harm occurring before or during transit must be reported at once and entered on the delivery record.
Product storage
- Packaging fitted at the factory serves solely for carriage.
- During storage, never seal a greenhouse beneath or inside material that prevents air movement.
- Choose ventilated premises where relative humidity remains no higher than 55-60%.
Fitting and adjustment
- Carry out assembly exactly as directed in the installation instructions.
- After assembly, make any adjustments the greenhouse requires.
Commercial cover exclusions
- Commercial cover ceases when the applicable assembly directions or manuals have not been observed.
- Failure to maintain the product adequately.
- Deterioration arising through normal use and ageing.
- Third-party parts or accessories chosen or fitted by the customer, who accepts the associated risk.
- Made-to-measure or specially ordered components.
