Modano – Nordic garden-room style with adaptable glazing
The Modano garden room brings bright contemporary design and Nordic craftsmanship into your garden.
Expansive glass, clean geometry and finely worked solid spruce create a bright, refined space suited to a garden lounge, studio or home office.
Available in several sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², Modano offers flexible options for every garden.
You can also choose whether you prefer more glazed areas to maximise brightness, or more enclosed wall area for greater privacy, adapting the room to your taste.
Contemporary, natural and versatile
Made from 44 mm Nordic spruce, Modano combines strength, warmth and a pleasantly natural atmosphere.
Tightly fitted interlocking boards add wind-tight strength, while a pressure-treated substructure protects the wood against long-term moisture.
The glass sliding doors slide aside for garden views, visually joining indoors and outdoors while bathing the room in natural light.
Design that works beautifully
A level roof completes the cabin’s minimalist profile; across all versions, its surface reaches 10.23 m² , giving effective overhead cover.
High-quality 18.5 × 90 mm boards for the floor and roof reinforce durability, stability and weather resistance.
With a wall and ridge height of 2.39 m , there is generous headroom and an airy feel, well suited to work, leisure or relaxation.
Straightforward assembly, lasting enjoyment
Modano is delivered as an accurately prefabricated kit with clear instructions for a manageable assembly process.
Compact or generous, each version maintains the same premium standard for lasting comfort, quality and visual appeal.
