Modano – a modern Nordic garden building with adaptable glass frontage
The Modano garden building adds contemporary brightness and Nordic craft to your garden.
Its clean geometry, broad glazing and finely worked solid spruce create an elegant, bright room for garden relaxation, an artist’s workspace or working from home.
Available in seven sizes from 6.73 to 10.23 m², Modano offers adaptable options for every garden.
You can also choose larger glazed areas to welcome maximum daylight, or opt for a greater proportion of solid wall when privacy matters – so the finish reflects your taste.
Modern, natural and versatile
Built from 44 mm Nordic spruce timber, Modano combines strength, warmth and an inviting natural character.
Precisely fitted tongue-and-groove joints keep the structure stable and wind-tight, while treated subframing guards the wood against moisture over time.
The glass sliding doors frame the garden view and link indoors with outdoors – ideal for a bright, relaxed space among the greenery.
Design that works beautifully
The flat roof strengthens the minimalist silhouette; its roof surface measures up to 10.23 m² and provides effective shelter.
Using robust roof and floor boards (18.5 × 90 mm) helps keep the structure stable, durable and weather-resistant.
At a wall and ridge height of 2.39 m the garden building also gives comfortable headroom and a generous feel – suited to work, leisure or downtime.
Straightforward assembly – lasting enjoyment
Each Modano is supplied as a carefully prefabricated kit whose detailed instructions make assembly straightforward.
Every size has the same premium standard, whether compact or spacious – a durable investment in comfort and style.
