EI30 Fire-Rated Outward-Opening Pivot Window

Bloomcabin EI30 window whose two sashes open into the room. Their deliberate division gives the façade a measured rhythm, while the restrained overall treatment sits coherently within varied architectural designs.

Why consider this Bloomcabin arrangement?

1. A composition built around two sashes

The pair creates an obvious break across the window face. It provides balanced structure while leaving the precise layout and relative sash proportions to the selected configuration.

2. Order across the opening

Read together, both sashes form one organised architectural feature. Their division can add cadence to an elevation and work with a broad range of design languages.

3. Comfort and efficiency in view

The system is conceived with thermal efficiency and a pleasantly comfortable room in mind.

Choose this option where the brief requires two inward-opening sashes, EI30 classification and a clearly articulated window. The divided face can suit contemporary architecture, traditional buildings or sensitive refurbishment. Provide enough clear space inside for both sashes to move. For an Irish project, the responsible professional should confirm the specified fire performance, measurements, finish and installation approach for that building before the order is placed.
