Historic-Style Double Casement Window, Outward Opening

Bloomcabin 2 sashes with 1 horizontal bar. This historic side-hinged window combines two outward-opening sashes with a subtle horizontal division. The single bar adds clear structure to the traditional double-sash appearance without affecting its calm, balanced overall effect.

Why choose this Bloomcabin design?

1. Historic horizontal structure

The single horizontal bar gives the glazing a restrained crosswise division. Combined with the two sashes, it creates a historic window design with balanced proportions and clean lines.

2. Traditional outward opening

The side-hinged sashes open outwards, reflecting classic construction. This preserves the historic appearance while providing an opening method that needs no swing space inside the room.

3. High energy efficiency

Energy-efficient qualities complement the historic character with contemporary comfort. They support a pleasant atmosphere indoors and a considered approach to energy use.

With two outward-opening, side-hinged sashes, this historic window design suits renovations and new-build projects seeking a traditional look with one horizontal bar. The single bar divides the glazing across its width. Its historic form remains easy to recognise, while the two sashes open outwards. The view has a calm rhythm, and the division feels discreet and classic. Choose a configuration that complements your building project, its proportions and the desired façade character.
