Bloomcabin takes pride in product quality, maintained daily through industrial control processes. The warranty certificate takes effect when delivery is made and the documents are signed. It covers repair or replacement of product parts, fittings or components, and correction of defects involving design, function, fittings, paint or powder-coating quality, or bent wooden parts. It remains valid only when the manufacturer’s transport, storage and use requirements are met. Where Maltese consumer law applies, this manufacturer guarantee is additional to statutory consumer remedies. The detailed warranty terms are set out below.

Manufacturer warranty periods

• 12 years for the aluminium alloy.
• 10 years for the paint/powder coating if it peels, discolours or loses its gloss. Some loss of gloss is normal, and tolerances are set by the manufacturer.
• 5 years for rubber strips and their elasticity.
• 7 years for manufacturing defects in glass.
• 5 years for PVC parts and their UV resistance.

Manufacturer warranty conditions

This manufacturer warranty certificate takes effect on the date the delivery document is signed or delivery occurs and applies for the periods above. It provides replacement product parts or fittings by supplying substitute parts where design function is inadequate, fittings fail, or paint/powder-coating quality is defective. Coverage applies only if all transport, storage and operating conditions below are met.

Transport and delivery

• During transport and storage, greenhouses must be kept upright at an angle of 85–90 degrees.
• They must be protected from weather conditions and stored in a clean, dry place on a level surface.
• Vehicles used to deliver the products must have an enclosed cargo area.
• When greenhouses are opened and stored, they must be placed on a pallet or raised frame.
• Greenhouses must not be loaded against or rested on one another.
• When receiving an order, the customer must ensure that the delivered greenhouses match the order and are undamaged. Any damage arising during or before transport must be reported immediately and recorded on the delivery document.

Storage

• Factory packaging is intended for transport only.
• Do not cover or wrap greenhouses in airtight material during storage.
• Store greenhouses in well-ventilated spaces with a relative humidity of 55–60% or less.

Installation

• Installation instructions must be followed exactly.
• After installation, greenhouses must be readjusted where necessary.

Manufacturer warranty exclusions

• The manufacturer warranty does not apply if installation instructions or manuals are not followed.
• Insufficient maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Non-original parts and accessories used or installed by the customer at their own risk.
• Custom-made or specially ordered parts.
