Historic-style outward-opening "Kombi" casement window

Bloomcabin 1 fixed pane without glazing bars, 1 casement with 1 horizontal and 1 vertical glazing bar. This historic side-hung combination window opens outwards, pairing 1 clear fixed pane with 1 opening casement divided by 1 horizontal and 1 vertical glazing bar. Together, the open glass area and structured casement create a balanced, distinctive window design.

Why choose this Bloomcabin design?

1. Classically divided casement

The fixed pane has no glazing bars, preserving an open view through the glass. In the casement, 1 horizontal and 1 vertical glazing bar meet to create a clearly ordered, balanced division.

2. Function with character

The fixed section remains in place while the side-hung casement opens outwards. The glazing bars are deliberately focused on the functional, opening part of the window for a considered visual accent.

3. High energy efficiency

This window supports a comfortable interior and an energy-efficient approach to the building envelope.

This historic side-hung combination window suits façades that pair a calm fixed pane with an outward-opening casement divided horizontally and vertically. The fixed pane has no glazing bars, while the casement creates a distinct design accent. Its horizontal and vertical lines feel balanced, and the uninterrupted glass area provides a quiet counterpoint. The overall historic expression remains clear, composed and pleasantly understated.
