Portable smoking with the BROWIN smoker.

A stainless-steel smoker for outdoor cooking The BROWIN smoker is a portable stainless-steel smoker for preparing smoked foods outdoors. It has two adjustable burners and a lid with a chamber thermometer, so you can monitor the temperature inside the smoking chamber. The thermometer measures chamber temperature, not the temperature at the centre of food.

Details for planning your setup

1. Two adjustable burners: Adjust the burners to suit your chosen recipe. Use the smoker outdoors and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Gel fuel is sold separately.
2. Two racks for arranging food: The included upper and lower racks provide two levels for placing food inside the chamber. Smoking chips are not included and must be purchased separately.
3. Lid thermometer: The thermometer in the lid shows the temperature inside the chamber. Use a separate food thermometer if you need to check the internal temperature of food.
4. Included components: The set includes the smoker, lid with thermometer, two racks, drip tray, stand, adjustable burners with extinguishing caps and metal handles.
5. Product size and weight: The smoker measures 21 cm high, 45.5 cm long and 27.4 cm wide, and weighs 3.6 kg. These are product measurements, not the dimensions or weight of its package.
