A smoker for varied ingredients The Teno is a gas-fired smoking cabinet for preparing meat, fish, poultry, cheese and vegetables. It has two cast-iron burners, each rated at 2.93 kW, for a combined output of 5.86 kW. Six chrome-plated grates and upper hooks provide two ways to position food inside the cabinet.

Details that help you plan your cooking

1. Two gas burners: The two cast-iron burners have piezo ignition and a combined power rating of 5.86 kW. The burner and woodchip compartments open separately, helping limit the effect on cabinet temperature.
2. Six cooking grates: Six chrome-plated grates, each measuring 56 × 36 cm, are included for laying out food across the cabinet.
3. Hooks for hanging: Upper hooks offer an alternative to the grates for hanging whole fish.
4. Temperature and smoke controls: A built-in thermometer lets you check the cabinet temperature, while the flue valve adjusts the amount of smoke.
5. Enamelled pans and steel body: The smoker includes an enamelled water and grease pan and an enamelled woodchip pan. Its body is powder-coated steel.
