A 46 cm steel grill ring grate

A central grate for cooking over coals This Ø 46 cm steel grate is designed to sit in the centre of a grill ring, providing a surface for cooking over coals or a fire. It is a separate grate, not a complete grill. The product description also identifies grill rings and fire bowls as intended settings. Before choosing, compare the grate’s diameter with the opening in your equipment, as fit depends on that opening.

Product details

1. Steel construction: The grate is made from steel. Its material and stated diameter are useful details to check when comparing it with your existing equipment.
2. Ø 46 cm diameter: The product diameter is 46 cm. Check the opening where the grate will sit rather than relying on the overall size of your grill or fire bowl.
3. Designed for the centre: The grate is intended to sit in the middle of a grill ring. When used with a separate cooking plate, this arrangement allows food to be prepared on both surfaces.
4. For cooking over coals or a fire: The grate provides a surface for cooking directly above coals or a fire. No specific cooking performance is stated.
5. Handles for removal: Handles are noted in the product description for removing the grate. Consider its position and diameter when deciding how you will handle it.
