2. Start with clean, damp material: The guidance recommends washing the item first with Tech Wash. Treat it while damp rather than drying it after washing; ordinary washing detergents are not recommended in the supplied care guidance.
3. Apply without diluting: Shake the treatment before use. Apply it evenly to the clean, damp material using a sprayer or atomiser, and do not dilute it.
4. Wipe and air dry: After application, leave the treatment for two minutes, then wipe away excess with a damp cloth. Allow the treated item to dry naturally in the air.
5. Estimate the amount needed: The usage guide gives approximate amounts: 300 ml for a two-person tent, 500 ml for a three- to four-person tent, and 1 litre for a family tent. Actual use may vary by item.
