Children’s Play Equipment

A wooden sandpit with a convertible lid

A dedicated space for outdoor play This wooden sandpit has a green impregnated finish and a lid that opens to form seats. It gives children a place for outdoor play, with the cover serving as seating when opened. The wood is 18 mm thick. The sandpit is supplied unassembled, and assembly instructions are included.

Practical details

1. Lid that forms seats: The lid closes over the sand after play and opens to form seats. This lets the cover serve a second purpose while the sandpit is in use.
2. Wooden construction: Made from wood with a stated material thickness of 18 mm.
3. Green impregnation: The wood has green impregnation. Its colour may change over time with exposure to sunlight, moisture and temperature changes.
4. Paint-treated hinges: The hinges on the lid have a paint treatment.
5. Assembly and care: Assembly is required, and instructions are included. Cover the sandpit with waterproof material when it is not in use; for winter, store it somewhere dry where possible.
