1. 70 mm walls: The wall boards are 70 mm thick. The listed wall height is 217 cm, with a ridge height of 314 cm.
2. Windows and door: The set includes glazed windows in three sizes and a glazed door. The windows can be opened in both directions and come with their hardware.
3. Roof dimensions: The roof area is listed as 53 m², with an 18° pitch and a 30 cm overhang. Roof covering is not included, so plan for this separately.
4. Timber components: The supplied components include northern spruce timber, 18 mm profile boards for the floor and ceiling, and treated base beams. The door and window frames are described as glued timber with 8–12% moisture content.
5. Hardware and assembly information: The set includes a stainless steel door threshold, fixings such as nails and screws, and assembly instructions. Installation is not included.
