Meet the ESTONIA 18 The ESTONIA 18 is a substantial wooden garden house with a listed area of 70.3 m² (68.1 + 2.2 m²). It measures 797 × 897 cm externally and 777 × 877 cm internally. The timber is supplied unpainted. Installation is not included, and roof covering is not supplied.
Details to help you plan
- Timber construction: The walls are 70 mm thick. Roof boards and floor boards are listed as 18 mm thick. The included base beams are autoclave-treated wood.
- Five glazed doors: The set includes five doors, each listed at 890 × 2090 mm. They are glazed and supplied with fittings, and a stainless-steel threshold is specified.
- Eight glazed windows: The window set comprises two at 1530 × 990 mm, one at 530 × 530 mm and five at 765 × 990 mm. The glazed windows are specified as opening in both directions and supplied with fittings.
- Roof dimensions: The listed roof area is 91 m², with a 12° pitch and 30 cm overhang. Roof covering is not included, so plan for this separately.
- Room heights and included items: The wall height is 239 cm and the ridge height is 348 cm. Fixing accessories, including nails and screws, and assembly instructions are included. Installation itself is not included.
