2. Wall and overall height: The walls are 70 mm thick and 228 cm high. The ridge height is 325 cm, useful measurements to consider when planning the space.
3. Roof measurements: The roof area is 38.1 m², with a 22° pitch and a 30 cm overhang. Roof boards are 18 mm thick; roof covering is not included.
4. Doors and windows: There are three glazed doors, each measuring 840 x 1955 mm. The five glazed windows comprise two at 1530 x 990 mm, one at 530 x 530 mm and two at 765 x 990 mm. The windows open in either direction, and the doors and windows are supplied with hardware.
5. Materials and what to note: The house uses northern spruce timber. Doors and windows are made from laminated timber with a stated moisture content of 8–12%. Autoclave-treated base beams, fixings and assembly instructions are included. Floor boards are not included.
