3. Roof dimensions: The roof area is 26.3 m², with a 15° pitch and a 150 cm overhang. Roof covering is not included, so plan for this separately.
4. Timber and boards: The house timber is described as northern spruce. Floor and ceiling boards are 18 mm thick and profiled. The base beams are autoclave-treated timber; the door and windows use laminated timber with a stated moisture content of 8–12%.
