1. 70 mm walls: The walls are 70 mm thick. The house timber is listed as 100% Nordic spruce.
2. Listed heights: The ridge height is 268 cm, with wall heights of 194/217 cm. These measurements help you assess the building’s proportions.
3. Roof dimensions: The roof area is 28 m², with a 14° pitch and 30 cm overhang. Roof covering is not included, so plan for this separately.
4. Glazed doors and windows: There is one door measuring 1425 × 1955 mm and another measuring 840 × 1955 mm, plus two windows measuring 765 × 990 mm each. The glazed doors and windows are supplied with fittings; the windows are listed as opening in both directions.
5. Check what is included: The set includes autoclave-treated timber base beams, nails, screws and assembly instructions. Floorboards and installation are not included. Doors and windows are made from dried laminated timber listed at 8–12% moisture content.
