1. Check the footprint: The external dimensions are 360 × 300 cm; inside, the dimensions are 340 × 280 cm. Compare both measurements with your available space before choosing a position.
2. 40 mm walls: The walls are 40 mm thick. The wall height is 205 cm, with a ridge height of 257 cm, giving you key measurements to consider when planning the building’s placement and use.
3. Roof with an overhang: The roof has a 17° pitch and a 50 cm overhang. Roof boards are 18 mm thick. Roof covering is not included, so it needs to be considered separately.
4. Door and window dimensions: There is one door measuring 1425 × 1955 mm and one window measuring 765 × 990 mm. Use these dimensions to check access and consider where the house will sit in your garden.
