1. Two distinct areas: The enclosed shed has an area of 9.3 m², with a 7.5 m² side canopy alongside it. The listed exterior size is 380 × 260 + 300 cm.
2. Enclosed space: The shed can be used for garden tools, seasonal belongings or hobbies. Its interior measures 370 × 250 cm, and the walls are 28 mm thick.
3. Roofed side canopy: The open-sided 7.5 m² area adds space beside the shed for items or activities that do not need enclosed storage.
4. Glazed door and window: The building has one 1425 × 1955 mm door and one 915 × 420 mm window. Both are described as glazed, bringing natural light into the enclosed area.
5. Unpainted timber: The shed is supplied unpainted. Its roof boards and floor boards are 18 mm thick; roof covering is not included. A level, stable base is needed for installation.
