Two areas, one garden building The ORIENTAL 5 + SD300 is a two-room timber garden house with an adjoining terrace section. The listed areas are 13.5 m² for the house and 9 m² for the terrace. Supplied unpainted, it leaves the choice of finish to your plans.

- Separate spaces and terrace: The two-room layout provides separate indoor areas, alongside the SD300 terrace section. Listed external dimensions are 470 × 320 + 300 cm; internal dimensions are 450 × 300 cm.
- 40 mm timber walls: The walls are 40 mm thick. The house is supplied unpainted, so you can plan its finish to suit your garden and intended use.
- Windows and doors: There are three windows, each measuring 515 × 1890 mm. The two doors measure 1425 × 1955 mm and 840 × 1835 mm, respectively.
- Roof details: The roof has 18 mm boards, a listed area of 27.7 m² and a 2° pitch. A 30 cm overhang is also specified. Roof covering is not included, so plan for it separately.
- Floor components: The specification lists 18 mm floorboards and 45 × 70 mm floor joists. Compare the listed dimensions and components with your site plans before choosing a location.
