1. Five distinct rooms: Use the separate rooms to organise leisure, hobbies or storage. The plan includes one larger room and four additional spaces of varying sizes.
2. Six windows: Six windows are listed, along with glazing in the entrance door. Their positions include the front and side walls, bringing daylight into different parts of the building.
3. Unpainted timber: The timber is supplied unpainted.
4. Check the footprint: The external dimensions are 595 × 595 cm and the internal dimensions are 581 × 581 cm. Walls are 28 mm thick; check these measurements against your available space.
5. Boards included; covering excluded: The set includes 18 mm floor boards, 18 mm roof boards and 45 × 70 mm floor joists. Roof covering is not included. Installation is available for an additional charge.
