Meet the SEVILLA 28 The SEVILLA 28 is a wooden garden cabin with 70 mm walls and a 13 m² floor area. Its 380 × 380 cm exterior dimensions and 360 × 360 cm internal dimensions help you assess the space before choosing a position. The timber is supplied unpainted. Installation and roof covering are not included.

1. 70 mm timber walls: The cabin is made from northern spruce timber, with walls measuring 70 mm thick. It is supplied unpainted, so the exterior has no applied colour.
2. Check the footprint: The external dimensions are 380 × 380 cm; inside, the cabin measures 360 × 360 cm. The stated floor area is 13 m².
3. Roof dimensions: The roof area is 23.32 m², with a 16° pitch and a 150 cm overhang. Roof covering is not included, so plan for this separately.
4. Glazed doors and windows: The cabin has one glazed door measuring 840 × 1955 mm and two glazed windows, each measuring 1530 × 990 mm. The windows are designed to open.
5. Boards and fittings included: The package includes 18 mm profile boards for the ceiling and floor, treated foundation beams, door and window fittings, a stainless steel door threshold, fixings and assembly instructions. Installation is not included.
