Meet the LANGEOOG C 18 The LANGEOOG C 18 is a timber garden house with 19.1 m² of floor area. Its external dimensions are 510 × 410 cm and its internal dimensions are 490 × 390 cm, giving you key measurements to check when planning its position and layout.

1. Dimensions and wall height: The walls are 70 mm thick, with a wall height of 222 cm and a ridge height of 313 cm. Compare the external footprint and internal dimensions with the space and layout you have in mind.
2. Roof boards included: The roof area is 27.7 m², with roof pitches recorded as 13+23°. Roof boards are 18 mm thick. Roof covering is not included and must be sourced separately.
3. Glazed door and windows: The set includes one glazed door measuring 1425 × 1955 mm, two windows measuring 515 × 1890 mm and three measuring 915 × 420 mm. The windows open in both directions; the door and windows are supplied with fittings.
4. Timber components: The house is made from spruce timber. The door and windows use laminated timber with a stated moisture content of 8–12%. The package also includes 18 mm floor boards, autoclave-treated base beams, fixings and assembly instructions.
5. Unpainted and unassembled: The timber is supplied unpainted, and installation is not included. Allow for arranging assembly separately and check the product dimensions and included components against your plans.
