1. Check the footprint: The external dimensions are 300 × 300 cm, with internal dimensions of 280 × 280 cm. The stated floor area is 7.3 m², giving you useful measurements to compare with your plans.
2. Two windows and a door: Two windows measure 865 × 1210 mm each, and the door measures 1425 × 1900 mm. The windows bring daylight into the interior; allow for the door dimensions when planning access.
3. Wall and roof proportions: The walls are 40 mm thick. Wall height is 221 cm and ridge height is 283 cm. The roof has a 22° pitch and a 20 cm overhang.
4. Roof covering is not included: The roof boards are 18 mm thick, but roof covering is not supplied. Plan to source the covering separately when preparing for assembly.
5. Floor and installation details: The floor boards are 18 mm thick and the floor timbers measure 45 × 70 mm. Installation is available for an additional charge; the cabin is supplied unpainted.
