Details to help you plan
- Unpainted spruce construction: The house timber is 100% northern spruce and is supplied unpainted. The doors and windows are made from laminated timber.
- Glazed doors and windows: The set includes five glazed doors and eight glazed windows. Both come with fittings, and the windows open in both directions.
- Pitched roof details: The roof area is 91 m², with a 12° pitch and 30 cm overhang. Roof boards are 18 mm thick; roof covering is not included.
- Included components: The set includes autoclave-treated timber base beams, a stainless-steel door threshold, fixings and assembly instructions.
- Plan for assembly: Installation is not included. Allow for arranging assembly separately and selecting a roof covering.
