Fermer 6x20 m Greenhouse

A large greenhouse for growing The Fermer greenhouse measures 6 m wide by 20 m long, with a listed area of 120 m² and a height of 3.8 m. Its clear, 6 mm cellular polycarbonate panels and galvanised steel frame define a substantial growing space for planning beds, benches and access routes.

Details to consider

1. Generous growing area: At 6 m × 20 m, the greenhouse provides 120 m² of stated area. The 3.8 m height is useful to consider when checking the available space at your site.
2. 6 mm polycarbonate panels: The panels are described as clear cellular polycarbonate, 6 mm thick. This identifies the supplied panel material and thickness without assuming a particular growing result.
3. Galvanised steel frame: The frame is made from galvanised steel. The listed profile is 40x40x1.2 mm, with galvanising given as the rust-protection treatment.
4. Arch and load details: The source description identifies a double-arch frame, with arches spaced 200 cm apart. A snow-load figure of 320 kg/m² is listed; check whether this specification suits your site and intended installation.
5. Doors at both ends: The description identifies doors at both ends, with smaller integrated access doors and larger opening sections. Consider the access and ventilation arrangement when planning the greenhouse layout.
