MG HOBBY 2.1 x 8 m greenhouse The MG HOBBY is a 2.1 x 8 m greenhouse with a footprint of 16.8 m². Its straight side walls and classic pitched roof give you space to arrange beds along the length, while the 153 cm wall height and 195 cm overall height define the available interior space. The frame is galvanised steel, and the covering is 4 mm cellular polycarbonate.
Details to help you plan
- Check the footprint: At 800 cm long, this greenhouse needs a clear, level installation area. Plan the beds and path, and leave room for access through the doors.
- Galvanised steel frame: The frame uses galvanised steel profiles, with the arches spaced 67 cm apart. Connectors and frame screws are included.
- 4 mm cellular polycarbonate: The supplied covering is clear, 4 mm cellular polycarbonate: five sheets, each 6 m long. The panels need to be cut to size during assembly, following the instructions.
- Access at both ends: There are two doors, each measuring 74 x 173 cm, and two ventilation windows measuring 40 x 69 cm. The doors and windows are positioned at opposite ends.
- Included assembly components: The set includes T-shaped ground anchors, ridge and corner elements, door and window handles and latches, polycarbonate fixing screws with EPDM washers, and assembly instructions. The galvanised U-profile base frame is not included and is purchased separately.
