Made from 44 mm thick Nordic spruce, Modano combines strength, warmth and a pleasant natural atmosphere.
Precision tongue-and-groove joints create a stable, draught-resistant structure, while the pressure-treated substructure helps protect the timber from moisture over time.
The sliding glass doors open up views of the garden and create a seamless connection between inside and out—perfect for light-filled living among greenery.

The flat roof with its contemporary silhouette emphasises the minimalist look and, with a roof area of up to 10.23 m², provides reliable protection.
Thanks to the high-quality roof and floor boards (18.5 × 90 mm), the structure remains stable, durable and weather-resistant.
