Bloomcabin is proud of its products’ high quality and maintains this standard daily through industrial quality-control processes. The warranty certificate takes effect upon delivery and signature of the documents. It covers repair or replacement of product parts, fittings or components, and correction of defects involving design, function, fittings, paint or coating quality, or bent wooden parts. Warranty terms

Warranty period

• 12 years on the aluminium alloy.
• 10 years on the paint or powder coating if it peels, discolours or loses its gloss. Some loss of gloss is normal, and tolerances are set by the manufacturer.
• 5 years on rubber strips and their elasticity.
• 7 years on manufacturing defects in the glass.
• 5 years on PVC parts and their UV resistance.

Warranty requirements

This warranty certificate starts on the date the delivery document is signed or delivery occurs, and applies for the periods above. Under the warranty, defective product parts or fittings are replaced by supplying replacement parts, including defects involving inadequate design function, fitting failure, or paint or powder-coating quality. It applies only when all transport, storage and operating conditions set out below are met.

Transport and delivery

• During transport and storage, greenhouses must be kept upright at an angle of 85–90 degrees.
• They must be protected from weather and stored in a clean, dry place on a level surface.
• Transport used to deliver the products must have an enclosed load compartment.
• When unpacking and storing greenhouses, place them on a pallet or raised frame.
• Greenhouses must not be loaded or supported against one another.
• On receipt of the order, the customer must check that the delivered greenhouses match the order and are undamaged. Any damage arising during or before transport must be reported immediately and recorded on the delivery document.

Storage

• Factory packaging is intended for transport only.
• Do not cover or wrap greenhouses in airtight material during storage.
• Store greenhouses in well-ventilated areas with relative humidity of 55–60% or less.

Installation

• Installation instructions must be followed exactly.
• After installation, greenhouses must be readjusted where necessary.

Warranty exclusions

• The warranty is void if installation instructions or manuals are not followed.
• Insufficient maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Non-original parts and accessories used or installed by the customer at their own risk.
• Custom-made or specially ordered parts. These exclusions apply only to the commercial warranty and do not remove statutory rights that apply to the transaction.
