Historic “Kombi” outward-opening casement window

Bloomcabin 1 fixed pane without glazing bars, 1 sash with 1 horizontal and 1 vertical glazing bar. This historic side-hung combination window opens outwards and combines 1 fixed pane without glazing bars with 1 sash featuring 1 horizontal and 1 vertical glazing bar. The pairing of open fixed glass and a divided sash creates a balanced, distinctive window design.

Why choose this Bloomcabin design?

1. Classically divided sash

The fixed pane without glazing bars maintains an open glass view. Within the sash, a horizontal and a vertical glazing bar meet to form a clearly structured, balanced division.

2. Function with character

The fixed section remains stationary, while the side-hung sash can open outwards. The glazing bars are intentionally concentrated on the functional opening section of the window.

3. High energy efficiency

This window supports a comfortable indoor atmosphere and an energy-efficient building envelope.

This historic, side-hung combination window suits façades that combine a calm fixed pane with an outward-opening sash and clear horizontal and vertical division. The fixed pane remains completely free of glazing bars. The divided sash provides a pronounced design feature. Horizontal and vertical lines complement one another in balance. The open glass section offers a quiet counterpoint. Its historic expression remains clean and pleasantly restrained.
