Bloomcabin Return, Cancellation, and Defect Policy
At Bloomcabin, all our products are custom-made to order, and we take great care to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. To maintain transparency and protect both parties, we have established the following return, cancellation, and defect policy. By making a purchase from Bloomcabin, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Returnable Products
- The products manufactured by Bloomcabin are made according to the customer’s individual specifications and preferences. To ensure the best price and fast delivery, Bloomcabin's ordering and production system is fully automated. Once the company receives confirmation from the bank that the payment has been made, the order is immediately placed into production. Since products go into production automatically after payment, it is not possible to cancel the purchase.
2. Product Inspection and Defects
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect their product on the day of delivery. Any claims regarding defects, damage, or missing parts must be made on the same day as delivery.
- Reporting Process: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify Bloomcabin within the same day by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. Claims made after the day of delivery will not be accepted, and the product will be considered delivered in good condition.
- Resolution: Upon confirmation of a defect or damage reported on the day of delivery, Bloomcabin may, at its sole discretion, offer a repair or replacement. Refunds will not be offered.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Minor Defects: Bloomcabin is not liable for minor cosmetic defects that do not impact the product’s structural integrity or functionality.
- Installation and Use: Customers are responsible for the correct installation and maintenance of the product. Bloomcabin is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.
- Shipping Issues: Once the product has been handed over to a shipping carrier, Bloomcabin is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Customers must file claims with the shipping company for any such issues.
4. Force Majeure
- Unforeseeable Events: Bloomcabin will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- Danish Law: All sales are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from the purchase of a product will be resolved exclusively in Danish courts.
- Exclusive Jurisdiction: By making a purchase, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Denmark.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Before pursuing any legal action, you agree to resolve any disputes through confidential, binding arbitration in Denmark. Both parties will share the costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final.
- No Class Action: You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
7. Limitation of Remedies
- Maximum Liability: Bloomcabin’s liability for any defect, damage, or dispute will not exceed the purchase price of the product. We will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
- Limited Warranty: If a warranty is offered, it applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or improper assembly or installation.
- No Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
9. Customer Agreement
