Bloomcabin configures each product to the customer’s chosen specifications and preferences. Our automated ordering and production workflow helps control prices and move orders toward delivery quickly. Once the bank confirms payment, the order is released to production immediately. We therefore normally cannot accept a voluntary cancellation after payment is complete. This policy does not cover concerns about a defective or undelivered order.
