Ordering & Delivery

1. Getting your order ready

Bloomcabin’s range includes distinctive wooden design houses and aluminium greenhouses that bring together considered styling, practical innovation and high-quality workmanship.

To prepare an order, work through these details:

  1. Choose your preferred wooden design;
  2. Add the contact information requested at checkout;
  3. Supply the details needed to arrange delivery;
  4. Name the person who will receive the shipment.
2. Paying for your order

Payment is completed through the checkout form. PayPal is available together with the other methods offered at the time of purchase, which can include the following:

  1. For a card payment, enter the purchaser information and the required Visa, MasterCard or Maestro credit or debit card details;
  2. For online banking, continue to your bank’s own website and provide the information it requests;

Website transactions are routed through secure pages operated by the relevant bank or payment provider, helping protect payment and customer information.

3. What your confirmation contains

After you submit an order, Bloomcabin sends a summary to the email address entered at checkout. Processing starts when full payment has been received. A further email then provides the precise details for the planned product delivery.

Expect the confirmation to show:

  • Information identifying the customer;
  • The seller’s name and contact information;
  • The goods purchased and the order amount;
  • The chosen payment method;
  • Your order number;
  • A count of purchases or orders.
4. Price and checkout total

Checkout shows the product price and recalculates the order total when you choose a delivery type and enter an address. Any delivery charge is displayed there and can change if the address changes. Most products qualify for free delivery, but check the terms for the particular product. Importing goods into Canada may also result in duty and GST/HST/PST, depending on factors such as value, origin, customs treatment and destination. Before paying, confirm what the displayed total includes and whether charges could be collected on import.

The quantity ordered and the delivery destination therefore affect the final amount.

Bloomcabin may update its prices without sending each customer a separate notice. A revision made later does not change the price of an order submitted beforehand.

Bloomcabin focuses on well-made products offered at competitive prices.

5. Receiving a delivery

Bloomcabin delivers throughout Canada, to every province and territory, including island addresses. The shipment is sent to the address supplied by the customer. If a delivery truck cannot reach the site or unloading is not feasible there, identify the nearest workable unloading point and notify the seller before delivery.

Bloomcabin sends an email after the product has been dispatched. Before arrival, the carrier will get in touch to confirm the delivery date, time and location.

Arrange for someone to be present when the shipment arrives. Check the goods against both the order and specification list, verify the unit count and look for transit damage. Write any shortage, discrepancy or damage on the delivery documents.

6. Timing

For wooden design houses, the estimated time from ordering to delivery is 3-5 weeks. Specifications, product type and quantity can alter that estimate.

7. Cancelling after production starts

Bloomcabin manufactures these products according to each customer’s selected specifications and preferences. Its automated order-to-production workflow supports efficient pricing and prompt delivery. Production starts immediately after Bloomcabin receives the bank’s confirmation of payment, so its commercial policy does not accept cancellation once production has been triggered this way. Mandatory rights, if applicable to the transaction, remain separate from this policy.

8. Reporting an order problem

Wait until the shipment has arrived and you have verified that everything is correct and undamaged before beginning assembly. If you are considering installation, ask Bloomcabin about availability in your location, price and timing before making arrangements. Bloomcabin is not responsible for appointments or reservations you make with installers or assembly companies.

If goods arrive damaged, have parts missing or do not match the order specifications, submit a written complaint to the following email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Attach clear photos and explain the problem. For Bloomcabin’s internal complaints procedure, report it before assembly and no later than 14 days after delivery. This reporting window does not determine any mandatory rights that may apply to the transaction.

Bloomcabin normally assesses a complaint within 3-5 business days and emails its decision to the customer. When the review finds that a problem was caused by a Bloomcabin error, Bloomcabin guarantees repair or replacement of the product or affected parts. Cash compensation is not paid through this complaints procedure.
