- Supply the details of whoever will accept delivery on your behalf.
2. Paying for your order
To pay for an order, complete the checkout payment form. PayPal and any other currently available methods will be displayed there.
- For any card option shown, enter the requested card and purchaser details on the relevant secure payment page;
- If online banking is offered, payment is completed through the customer’s bank website, where the bank requests the information needed to authorise it.
Bloomcabin confirms that payments initiated through its website use secure payment pages and that customer information is protected. Processing occurs on the secure website of the applicable bank or payment provider.
3. Order details and confirmation
Bloomcabin sends the key order details in a confirmation email after submission. Please use an email address where you can receive these messages. Processing begins once the full payment has arrived. A subsequent email, sent after payment, sets out the precise arrangements for the planned delivery of your products.
Your confirmation email sets out:
- Customer identification information;
- The seller’s name and contact information;
- The goods purchased and the order total;
- The chosen payment method;
- Your order number;
- The number of purchases or orders made.
4. Pricing
The product price appears when the order is placed. Most products qualify for free delivery; where an exception applies, checkout calculates the final order total, including the relevant delivery charge, from the delivery option and address selected. Any delivery price is shown before ordering and may change if the delivery address is altered.
An order’s final total also varies with the overall quantity ordered and the delivery location.
Prices may be revised at the discretion of Bloomcabin without individual notifications. Orders placed before such a revision retain their earlier price; a subsequent change does not apply retrospectively.
Bloomcabin aims to provide high-quality products at favourable, affordable prices.
5. Delivery conditions
Delivery is available throughout Australia, including its territories and islands, with goods sent to the address nominated by the customer. If a truck cannot reach that address or unload there, the customer must locate the closest suitable unloading point and tell the seller before delivery so the unloading arrangements can be planned.
Bloomcabin emails you when the product has left for delivery. The carrier then uses the contact details supplied for the order to contact you beforehand with confirmation of the delivery time, date and place.
Be present for delivery so you can assess the goods and confirm their specification. Compare the shipment against your order and the specification list, count the units and examine their condition for possible transit damage. Record any discrepancy or damage in writing on the delivery paperwork when accepting the consignment.
6. Delivery timeframe
Timber design houses have an estimated delivery period of 3–5 weeks from ordering. Timing can differ according to the goods’ specifications, the type of product and the quantity.
7. Cancelling an order
Bloomcabin products are made to each customer’s individual specifications and wishes. The automated ordering and production process supports the best possible price and prompt delivery. Once Bloomcabin receives payment confirmation from the bank, production starts immediately. Paid orders therefore move straight into production and cannot be cancelled under this discretionary policy. Nothing in this policy removes consumer guarantees or remedies that the Australian Consumer Law makes non-excludable.
8. Complaints
Wait for the goods to arrive, then check their condition and confirm that the correct items were supplied before beginning assembly. Any bookings you make independently with an installer or assembly company remain your responsibility. Before arranging work, ask Bloomcabin whether installation is available at your location and confirm the price and proposed timing.
If you find damage, missing components or products that differ from the specifications ordered, send a written complaint to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include photographs plus an explanation of every defect found. Lodge it before assembly starts and within 14 days after delivery. That reporting period is part of the commercial complaints process and does not curtail rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Allow 3–5 business days for Bloomcabin to assess a complaint; the decision is sent by email. If damage is found to result from a Bloomcabin error, the product or affected components will be repaired or replaced. Cash compensation is not offered by this commercial process. This does not restrict refunds or other remedies that Australian Consumer Law requires.
Please bring any product-quality questions to Bloomcabin. We are available to discuss your concerns and provide assistance.
