1. Placing your order
At Bloomcabin, customers can order characterful timber design houses and aluminium greenhouses, made with a focus on elegant lines, useful innovation and quality workmanship.
Ordering is straightforward once you have supplied these essentials:
- Pick the timber design you want;
- Add the contact information requested;
- Set out the details needed to organise transport;
- Identify who will take receipt when the shipment arrives.
2. Paying for the order
Complete the checkout form to pay. PayPal is available, together with the other methods shown there. The available choices include:
- For a credit or debit card transaction, supply purchaser information and the requested Visa, MasterCard or Maestro details;
- For online banking, continue to your own bank’s site and enter whatever information it requests to authorise the transfer.
Bloomcabin states that its online transactions and customer information are protected. Banks and payment providers process the payment on their own secure pages.
3. Confirmation and essential order information
Once an order has been submitted, Bloomcabin emails a confirmation to the address entered during checkout. It summarises the important particulars. Work on the order begins only when the entire payment arrives; a subsequent message sets out the exact arrangements planned for delivery of the products.
You should find these items in that confirmation:
- Information used to identify the customer;
- Bloomcabin’s seller name and contact information;
- A description of what was bought and the amount charged;
- How payment was made;
- The assigned order reference;
- The recorded purchase or order quantity.
4. How the total is calculated
At checkout, the page displays the item price. After the delivery option and destination have been entered, it automatically works out the full total, with any transport charge included. That charge is visible before the order is placed and may be recalculated if you amend the destination.
Order quantity and destination both influence the final sum. Delivery is free for most of the range, though the conditions attached to the particular item should always be reviewed.
Bloomcabin can revise its prices at its own discretion without writing separately to each customer. Later revisions do not alter an order entered earlier.
The range is intended to pair sound quality with good value.
5. Arranging receipt
Shipments can be made anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, including the islands, and are sent to the destination supplied by the buyer. Where the lorry cannot reach that point, or unloading is impractical there, choose the nearest workable place for unloading and tell the seller in advance.
Bloomcabin will email you after dispatch. The haulier will then get in touch ahead of arrival to verify the scheduled date, time and place.
Someone representing the customer must attend the handover, examine the shipment and make sure it corresponds with the agreed specification. Compare every item with both the order and specification sheet, count the units, and look carefully for harm caused in transit. Record any shortage, difference or visible damage in writing on the carrier’s paperwork.
6. Expected lead time
A wooden design house is expected to arrive 3-5 weeks after ordering. The estimate may move because of the selected specification, the kind of product or the quantity required.
7. Cancellation once production begins
Each Bloomcabin product is made around the individual selections and requirements supplied by its customer. An automated ordering and manufacturing workflow is used to keep pricing efficient and turnaround prompt. As soon as Bloomcabin receives the bank’s notice that payment succeeded, manufacturing starts. Under Bloomcabin’s commercial cancellation policy, an order cannot then be withdrawn. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer remedies governed by the law applicable to the sale.
8. Raising a complaint
Leave all assembly work until the delivery has arrived and you have confirmed that it is complete, correct and free from damage. Any appointment you arrange independently with an installer or assembly firm remains outside Bloomcabin’s responsibility. Before committing to installation arrangements, ask whether help is available for your area and confirm the likely cost and timing.
When an item is damaged, a part is absent or the goods differ from the agreed specification, make the complaint in writing and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with photographs and a clear account of each issue. Bloomcabin asks that reports under its own complaint process reach it before assembly and within 14 days of arrival. That internal deadline does not displace rights which the governing consumer law may give you.
The stated review period is 3-5 business days, and Bloomcabin sends the outcome by email. Where its assessment attributes the damage to a Bloomcabin mistake, the company guarantees either a repair or replacement of the relevant goods or components. A cash settlement is not offered under this route.
